Overview
Battery HI Reader is an independent diagnostic and repair support tool for selected genuine HiKOKI battery packs. It helps technicians inspect battery information, cell condition, historical events, and protection status.
The Web Basic Version is operated from a phone, tablet, or computer. The Touchscreen Version adds a built-in 2.8-inch capacitive display while retaining the complete browser interface.

- Wake time and recorded 18V/36V operating time

Compatibility
Designed for selected genuine HiKOKI 18V and 18V/36V Multi Volt battery packs. Reading and clear-error support can vary by model, controller revision, and battery condition.
Please confirm the battery model before purchase. “Unlock assist” does not mean that every locked or damaged battery can be restored.
Basic Operation
- Power the device and connect the battery test fixture.
- For the Web Basic Version, join the Battery-HI-XXXX Wi-Fi hotspot. The default password is 12345678.
- Open http://192.168.4.1 in a browser.
- After the battery is connected, read battery information and diagnostic data from the page.
- The Touchscreen Version can also complete the main workflow directly from the device display.
Important Safety Information
- Clearing errors cannot repair damaged, aged, or unbalanced cells.
- It cannot repair broken tabs, corrosion, fuse damage, or a failed protection board.
- Do not use the product with swollen, leaking, burnt, overheated, or physically damaged packs.
- Do not run clear-error operations while the battery connection is unstable.
- A battery may return to protection if its underlying fault remains.
- Keep power connected during device updates.
